The Mica Mine trail is 2.6 miles RT and is fairly easy. It can be hiked by those as young as 4. It's a great hike through Ladder Canyon to an old Mica Mine site.
Drive up Little Park Road until you see a sign on the left for the Bangs Canyon Recreation area. (5 miles)
